In this Limited Warranty, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Great Iron Doors Company. The terms “you” and “your” pertain to the consumer. The term “product” denotes the product acquired by the consumer.

Enjoy a 5-year warranty on the frame and hinges,(excluding weather stripping, door sweep and window latches) and a 3-year warranty specifically on the finish. This includes protection against finish flaking and peeling from the metal only.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in design and finish may occur. These variances are not considered defects by Great Iron Doors.

It is important to highlight that we are not responsible for the expenses related to installation, removal, return (shipping), and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty explicitly excludes the following:

1. Products found to be defective after the expiration of the warranty period.
2. Products subjected to misuse and abuse, whether accidental or due to other causes.
3. Any condition or problem arising from improper installation.
4. Finish damage caused by inappropriate cleaning and maintenance.
5. Normal discoloration or fading of finishes due to exposure to sunlight and other natural elements.
6. Scratches, breakage, or other damage to glass, whether accidental or intentional.
7. Products installed in corrosive environments, defined as any area within five (4) miles of any coastline.
8. Products damaged due to natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
